Your data is processed under Article 5 of KVKK, on two legal grounds: that it is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, and that it serves the legitimate interest of the data controller.
Transfers
Your data is shared only with the technical providers that deliver the form and email service, limited to that purpose. Their servers may be located abroad. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and the law prescribes, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
